Layout of the day:
Arrivals will be for 10am, where you will be welcomed at the Sunfyr barns by an energising smoothie from the wonderful SB cafe, to really get that energy vibes going. Starting the day with intention, we will ground ourselves with a morning meditation & mindfulness, before taking part in Yve’s Holistic Training Reiki Shodun & Crystal Healing course.
The Reiki & Crystal Healing course is an IPHM accredited course from award winning school ‘Yve’s Holistic Training’. We will spend the day immersing ourselves in all things chakra and energy based.You will have access to online portals with information in advance, as well as receiving work books on the day. However, the day is immersive and you will learn both in knowledge and practical experience from giving and receiving Reiki treatments.
On successful completion of this day course, you will receive an accredited qualification in Reiki level 1 and Crystal Healing.
Ending the day with a candlelit sound bath, we can finalise our wellness day with intention and relaxation, before heading home rejuvenated and calm for year ahead.
