Pilates & Chill Retreat – Terms & Conditions

Dates: 15th – 19th June 2027 Location: Petra, Mallorca Hosts: Aron Jameson Wellness & Eleanor Rose Pilates

1. Booking & Payment

Payment can be made in full at the time of booking, or by paying a £125 deposit to secure your spot.
If paying by deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the date(s) stipulated at booking.
Your spot is only confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
If paid in full, the payment (minus the £125 deposit) is refundable if cancelled before 5th February.
Any cancellation on or after 5th February is non-refundable.
If the host cancels the retreat, all payments will be refunded in full.

Flights are not included — participants are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Mallorca.
Transfers to/from the venue are not included.
Travel/health insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.

By booking, you confirm you are physically able to take part in pilates and wellness activities, and will inform us in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.
Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Aron Jameson Wellness and Eleanor Rose Pilates are not liable for injuries, illness, or loss/damage to personal property during the retreat.
Participants are strongly advised to have their own travel and health insurance in place before travelling.

Participants are expected to be respectful of other guests, staff, and the venue at all times.
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, instructors, or activities where necessary. This will not affect the overall value of the retreat.

Photos/videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional use. Please let us know in advance if you'd prefer not to be included.
