What services do you offer?

I offer professional massage and bodywork services, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, manual and Brazilian lymphatic drainage and sculpting, and a combined Thai foot and Indian head massage. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're looking to relax, relieve tension, or support your body's natural recovery.
What should I wear, and what can I expect during a session?

It's entirely up to you. You're welcome to undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you — some clients prefer to fully undress, others prefer to keep underwear on, and both are completely fine. Draping is used throughout to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times. Before your session, we'll have a quick chat about what you're looking to get out of the treatment, so it can be tailored accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time for the slot to be offered to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

I'm based in a private therapy room in Norwich city centre, offering a calm, discreet, and professional space for your treatment.
